Ajai D. Smith, Esq., a native of Georgetown, South Carolina, brings her passion for law and a community-focused approach to Jarvis Law, PLLC. Earning her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina, she demonstrated her commitment to public service as a Legislative Aide at the South Carolina State House and as a Research Fellow at North Carolina Central University.
Ajai furthered her legal expertise at North Carolina Central University School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor.
Her active involvement with the Black Law Students Association where she served as President, Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and Women’s Law Caucus, along with internships at the North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Wes Legal Group, highlights her dedication to diverse legal practices and community service.
Ajai believes in the power of listening and effective communication, traits that enable her to build strong relationships with her clients and guide them through complex legal challenges. Her dedication to ensuring equitable outcomes for her clients, coupled with her meticulous attention to detail, makes her a valuable addition to the Jarvis Law Team.
